WEST SATX COMMUNITY
Our goal is to build affordable rental units on single and multi-family lots in West San Antonio, with rents starting at just $950/month, lower than average utilities due to energy efficiency, and Section 8 and low income program eligibility. These homes include landscaping, trees, and fences around all properties. All of our developments are on existing vacant lots; no tearing down old historic homes, no “gentrification”. We hope to help uplift the community by turning ugly overgrown lots into beautiful and safe homes priced to be accessible.
